Donating to Go Eco helps protect and restore te taiao while supporting the wellbeing of local communities. Your contribution enables practical, community-led projects that create lasting systems change, from wetlands and wildlife projects, to sustainable food and zero-waste initiatives.
Every donation strengthens connections with mana whenua, hapū, and local mahi in our hāpori, ensuring that our work benefits communities and the environment.
Where Will My Donations Go?
Your support goes straight into the mahi across our three pou. Through Pou Taiao, we trap, monitor, plant and survey alongside tangata whenua to help pekapeka, matuku-hūrepo, wetlands and ngahere thrive. Through Pou Kai, we support kai motuhake, food and water sovereignty, with community gardens, compost, food forests, food rescue, Harvest Helpers and water monitoring. Through Pou Para Kore, we work on ReUse, Home Energy, climate resilience and Zero Waste, redesigning the systems that create waste in the first place.
Whether it’s tools and supplies for the community or a refrigerated van that keeps rescued food moving to the people who need it, your support helps Waikato communities connect and sustain themselves.
